Written in the Stories from the Scriptorium Rulers write their name in three types of ink. Blood, Sweat, and Tears. To Kings and Queens, choose carefully which ink you would write your name with in the books of eternity. For scribes and writers, their is only ever one kind of ink and that is imagination. See, every single thing we write on paper is written in our heads as well, sealed in the pages of our mind. Contrary to popular belief, the mind never forgets. The thought may be buried away deep inside the darker recesses and chambers of the brain, but the mind never forgets. Imagination is the purest kind of medium and the most unbelieved in. Children laugh in its presence while adults scoff at it, wondering when they would ever need it. But everyone needs imagination. Imagination and the mind are partners in the truest sense. They are bound to one another in the way your arm is bound to your body. Imagination can not exist without the mind, while likewise, the mind would be a dull place without imagination. Where else have the greatest geniuses in the world, received their ideas? Albert Einstein, William Shakespeare, Dante Alighieri, Walt Disney, Miguel de Cervantes. Where did they all get their ideas? From Imagination. We are the newest generation of imaginers and crazies. Well, here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The ones who say "Think outside the sphere" when everyone else says "Think outside the box".The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. While we see them as the crazy ones, they see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world... Are the ones who do. I'd like for SfS to be as successful and popular as possible. I'm just a rustic, country girl that lives on a ranch in Texas, with the rest of my loving family and our horses. If I could. No way, I'm a glamorous, city gal that loves writing, hiking, reading, listening to music, playing the guitar, ukelele, keyboard, and the flute, draw, etc... I can go on all day. I live in Cali (Californication baby!) and I'm very city-girlish. I love walking down the street, shopping, just what you would expect from me :) I love playing guitar and any other musical instrument that doesn't require air. I'm in a band with Saphi and Kat I'm a big bibliophile and cinephile. I'm applying for Juilliards and I really hope i get in. I love basketball and soccer and I've played since I was in fifth grade. My other main hobbies are writing and track which I do on a daily basis. I'm really friendly and I love to just hang out and chat on the shout box or you could just message me and we'll have a ball! I'm against violence at all and if someone gets in a skirmish I would try to calm both sides down/ Unfortunately, I get angry easily when provoked and I'm working on that. Winter and Saphi are my best friends and I wouldn't trade them for the world! I'm in a band with Winter and Saphi. I play drums, Winter plays keyboard, while all of us sing and Saphi plays the guitar. However, Winter mainly does backup vocals. I'm not too big of a fan on writing actually, but I do love reading finished pieces of writing. So, if you ever need a good piece of fair and honest feedback, I'm right here! Music is my life and if anyone else wants to talk about it, I'm here! I love all musical instruments, but mostly Guitar, keyboard, and drums. Though I do know a little ukelele and flute.
